Products and Services
2.1 We offer products and services related to Minecraft servers and other self-hosted games. Our products include proprietary plugins, some paid and some free, as well as other services such as custom map building.

2.2 Redistribution of our products is strictly prohibited. Customers may not publish the products anywhere on the Internet, nor share them with friends for use on a joint server.

2.3 Publication of paid product configurations is strictly prohibited. Customers must submit a link to the original resource instead. If you wish to publish a configuration on third-party websites, you must request our permission.

2.4 Sharing your license on paid products with another person is strictly prohibited. Customers may use the same license on as many servers as they wish, as long as they own them.

2.5 It is forbidden to decompile the plugin to try to see the code in case it is a paid product. Only the staff of the respective stores where our plugin is distributed may do so.

2.6 We reserve the right to change anything in our products without notice. Such things include these terms and conditions, price, plugin code, etc.

Payment and Refund
3.1 We accept payments through PayPal. In the future, we may add other payment methods, such as Stripe.

3.2 Refund Requests:

• Required Information: To request a refund, customers must provide proof of payment, the transaction ID, a link to their BuiltByBit/Polymart account, and the PayPal email for the refund. Additionally, customers must provide proof of their region (e.g., government-issued ID, utility bill).

• Regional Refund Policies:

  • European Union: Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
  • United Kingdom: Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund, as per UK consumer law.
  • United States: Refund policies vary by state, but we allow up to 30 days for a refund request to be submitted.
  • Canada: Depending on the province, customers may have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
  • Australia: Customers have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Other Regions: A general refund policy of 30 days from the date of purchase applies, subject to local regulations.

• Processing Time: Refunds may take between 14 to 30 days to process, depending on how long it takes Tebex to release the funds. The refunded amount may be reduced due to transaction fees, taxes, and other deductions.

• Permanent Ban: If we determine that the reason for the refund request is not valid, the customer may be permanently banned from accessing all our current and future services. This includes prohibition from making further purchases or utilizing any of our products, including free products. Additionally, the customer will not be eligible to receive any form of support from our team.

4.1 We take ethical behavior and peaceful coexistence in our community seriously. Therefore, any discriminatory or harassing behavior is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Any threat or act of violence towards other users is strictly prohibited.

4.5 Sharing inappropriate content, including adult content, private information of others, promotion of suicide or self-harm, violent or gory images, or animal abuse is not allowed.

4.6 It is not allowed to share content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights, including pirated software or links to illegal websites.

4.7 Users may not post any content that promotes illegal or violent activities, or promotes hatred or discrimination.

4.8 Users must respect the opinions and beliefs of others, and avoid discussions that may generate tension or conflict in the community.

4.9 We reserve the right to take disciplinary action, including removing posts and banning access to the site, against any user who violates this code of conduct.
